Welcome to Unveiled, the podcast. I'm your host, angela Christian, and I help you with unveiling your true self by peeling away the layers that society placed on you. Speaker 1:

Today, we are going to talk about everybody's favorite topic Maybe not everybody's, but definitely something I'm thinking about all day which is how to stay in balance. So this is a really key thing to talk about and it's something I'm diving a lot deeper in my membership this month, and I'm actually helping my members decode some of these issues, because if you are looking for the answer, it's in maintaining balance, but not in the way that most of us were taught. So all you have to do is go on Instagram and you'll see people doing all the things the cold plunges, the saunas, the routines, the rituals. Some of them, yeah, are super helpful. Some of them are just kind of like activities for them to check off their list, to be like look, I'm being in balance, I'm being healthy, whatever it might be. They're not looking in intuitively to ask themselves is this what my body needs? Is this going to keep me in balance? And the most important question in my opinion, is this going to keep me or accelerate my soul path? That is always what I'm looking for. If something is going to detract from my soul path, it's a no, even if my human self really wants to do it. I am so strict. So true balance is never out there. It's always the inner alchemy and the way that you are shown that you're out of balance are in the daily obstacles, which you'll hear me refer to as reflections, because they are reflecting back to you where you're out of balance. These obstacles or reflections, they're not random.

Speaker 1:

So that means like the water that you spilled, that means the gum that I got stuck in my hair last night. So I got into bed so cozy, my son was asleep, my daughter was at her father's, I was about to watch a show and just relax. And I lay down and I feel something. And I sit up and my hair gets like ripped back to my pillow Because my daughter had been chewing gum in my bed. I don't know what happened. She must have fallen asleep with it in her mouth or something, and it was all over my pillow. I had to cut my hair where the gum was Okay, so a lot of parents would get really upset. I don't see it that way and it's such a more peaceful way of life, I promise, after the initial effort that you do have to make to see things in this way. But not only did that happen okay, so I didn't listen to that reflection this morning I was in a hurry. I just cut it out of my hair when I woke up. So last night I was tired. I was like you know what? I just threw the pillow on the ground. I was like I'll deal with that later. I'm tired, so I got a new pillow. Yeah, my higher self probably wanted me to deal with it last night. So what happens this morning I get up, I have to cut it out of my hair. Then, for a totally different reason, it is all over my keys so I couldn't get into like my family's golf course because there was gum all over it. Then I found it in my car. So that is not by accident. Each of those are very specific reflections.

Speaker 1:

So if you don't have your intuition developed, you can try to decode it even from just a non-intuitive perspective. This is what I teach in my membership. It is for people both who have trained intuitive abilities, because it's different being gifted intuitively. We're all gifted in our own ways, but it needs to be trained in order to see the results you're seeking, right. So, just like you know my family's golf course, right, there's golf instructors, golf pros, to help train people who want to be better golfers. It's the same thing with our intuition you can be gifted, but if you're not trained, then you aren't learning all of the nuances, all of the definitions, filters, questions, all of these things. Intuition is like a language in itself. So if you're not interested in training your intuition, that's fine. You can still learn to decode these from just a logical, human perspective, which is what I'm helping my members do this month.

Speaker 1:

So the first time you get a reflection, it's usually very small, so most people miss it. It's the water spilling, it's the coffee spilling, it's dropping cereal all over the ground, it's it's the things that feel just like annoying but aren't like devastating, right? So our higher self wants us to learn a specific lesson and our higher self will make it happen so that on this day you'll get a level one reflection to show you that you're off path, to teach you a lesson, whatever it might be. If you don't listen to that, then it's your human self that takes you off path, even just slightly, and you'll start getting higher level reflections, like the gum in my hair this morning that I had to cut out, right? So it's a completely new way of looking at life and it does take a little bit of adjustments because we're so used to getting frustrated and blaming and all of this stuff. Right, like I could get mad at my daughter and blame her, but in all honesty, she's helping me see my reflection, just like my son does. He will reflect me in the most beautiful ways. Our children are such beautiful helpers, and our pets as well.

Speaker 1:

So a key thing to remember and I know I've talked about this a million times and I will talk about it a million times more, but when someone's behavior triggers you, it's actually not about them at all. It's about what they are mirroring back to you. There's some kind of imbalance in you that made them a match to do whatever it might do. So, for example, I took my daughter, my 10-year-old to go watch Jurassic Park on Friday, and I forgot that she loves to talk throughout the entire movie, right At her normal tone. So she's not like whispering, she is talking just like in her conversational voice To me, and at first I was worried about what other people were thinking, so I was telling her to be quiet. And then I remembered, ah, because I was judging the situation as disrespectful, right or uncomfortable. So then I was like oh, she's showing me. This is one part of it. She's showing me an area of life where I'm doing this to myself. So there are different levels that I go into in more detail in my membership, but, just to make it short and sweet here, there are different levels. So for me, though, when someone is doing something, it's showing me that I'm doing that to myself, right? I'm doing that to myself, right?

Speaker 1:

To take it to the next level, which is really so powerful, is to see everything as perfect, but not in the way that it's like oh, I'm so grateful, this is perfect, where you just kind of do it on the surface level, like that isn't going to do anything. It's being able to truly see everything as perfect. So in that moment, what I did was I kind of smiled and I was like this is perfect, because she's so excited about this movie, she's excited about being here with me. She doesn't get she and I don't get a ton of one-on-one time and she's just so excited she can't contain her voice. And that's beautiful, right? Nobody else cared and luckily it wasn't a very full theater, Plus, she's a kid, right. So in that moment, just by seeing the perfection and being okay with the situation, I immediately felt calm, and not just calm, but just like appreciative of what was happening, right. But that took me a while to get there.

Speaker 1:

To give you another example of how to take this even to another level is I have had on and off sleep disturbances in the middle of the night, with dark energy, right. And so I was really focused on how frustrated I was, how exhausted I felt the next day, because what can happen is, yes, I have sleep protections, which a lot of you have reached out and asked for. I will put them on my website soon, but I'm like restructuring, adding to it. You can still purchase it now, just reach out to me and I'll give you the link, but I'm going to be adding to it. So, yes, I do have sleep protections that I do every night. But if you have an emotional dream, it will drop your protection. Have an emotional dream, it will drop your protection. So then you can experience attacks even though you've protected yourself.

Speaker 1:

So finally, after days of feeling exhausted, I was like okay, how is this actually perfect for me? And again, this isn't something you can just surface level, try to convince yourself of. You really have to emotionally connect to it and if you need help with that, I am very creative in the ways that I will help you see something as perfect. So what I looked at was okay, what is my bigger goal here? Right, right, one of my biggest goals and one of my highest potentials of mastery, like my highest mastery in this life, is helping people navigate the unseen, dark energy world, the things that drain us, that most people don't know about, can't see all of that right and to help people by clearing that or teaching it to them, or whatever it might be. For me to be the best teacher, I have to go through it and I have to know it right, because, yes, you can learn in theory about all of this, but if you haven't actually lived it and embodied the truth, then you're not going to be the teacher that you could be right.

Speaker 1:

So what I did was I connected those sleepless nights to my bigger goal and saw this as perfect, because I will not be dealing with this forever. Right, there is going to be a point, and I figured out a solution today Thanks to my mentor, brainstorming with him. I might have to deal with that, you know, for several months or whatever it might be, but then I can learn from going through it and then teach it to somebody else or help them in a much shorter time span. Right, and that is the whole point. So I would love to see this world learn about the truth, around reflections, about how, when we stop reacting and start decoding the messages, that is where your true power lies. So balance and this is a much bigger topic, but balance is not about like avoiding negativity. It's not about work-life balance, like that's not what I'm talking about. It's not about just I'm going to be grateful for everything in my life, just kind of surface level stuff. Right, it's really the frequency of neutrality, where you see both the positives and the negatives and understand that it's all working for you.

Speaker 1:

So a lot of people and this used to be me too I spent thousands of dollars, so much time, even wrote a book on manifestation and it was in the way that I had been taught which. There's so much fluffy misinformation out there. Not all of it is. There's like golden nuggets in everything, but the majority of the manifestation stuff we've been taught it was purposely created as misinformation to keep us from reaching our potentials. Keep us from reaching our potentials.

Speaker 1:

So most people are walking around trying to manifest a better life while being energetically stuck in a loop of wanting. But when you live in the frequency of want, you actually delay the very thing you desire, because wanting is the opposite of having, which a lot of manifestation teachers do teach that piece right, which that is absolutely correct. But true manifestation begins when you start seeing everything as perfect the interruptions, the messes, the gum in the hair, the loud voice in the movie theater, the love interest that doesn't get back to you, the you know overbearing parent, whatever it might be, the way source sees things as perfect. That is the frequency of true manifestation. Love, in that sense, is the frequency of manifestation. And this isn't just like mindset work to do in the mornings. It's literally something to integrate into your every minute of your day. And sometimes yes, I'm not perfect Sometimes I delay looking into reflections, but the sooner you do the better, and I'll give you a really great example I just told my friend about today is yesterday I started getting this pain in my right shoulder and I know the reflective, like there are general reflections for most things.

Speaker 1:

The general reflection of the pain where I have it in my shoulder is you feel like the weight of the world, that you're carrying the weight of the world right and it's on my right side. So I know it's like the. I feel that the weight of the world is resting on my shoulders. And then, when you're trained with intuition, you can go deeper and look into which area of life. I can just sit down and I ask my higher self show me an image of what's happening. Boom, it comes through. So the image that I saw, just so you understand how I do this.

Speaker 1:

But again, I've been training for a very long time in intuition, so my higher self showed me this mother deer walking across the street. We have a lot of deer where I live, so there was a mother deer and a baby deer and the mother deer kept looking back at the baby deer and in the middle of the street right which puts her at risk and she was very intent on watching what the baby deer does. Now, if you know, if you live near deer, they don't actually do this at least where I live the moms will just take off and like leave the baby for itself. I've seen that happen so many times, but in this vision it was very much. The mother deer was so worried about the baby deer that it was like not paying attention to where it was going.

Speaker 1:

Immediately it clicked. I was like, oh, it's because my oldest daughter, she, is moving from dorm college life to a house and I'm trying to figure out how to move. I'm giving her a bunch of furniture that I have in a storage unit here and she's moving across the state so we have to drive she and I have to drive a U-Haul across the state, figuring out all the timing of everything and all the costs. All of that? Right, it really is all on my shoulders. But again, how can I see this as perfect? Right, but again, how can I see this as perfect? Right? So the way that I saw this as perfect is I love that she knows that I am here for her and that I am the one person in the world who she can rely on. Right, and it's perfect because I'm showing her what a loving mother-daughter relationship looks like. Right, I fully support her. In college I didn't have that, so I'm showing her things that I wasn't shown.

Speaker 1:

So I just sit there and I talk to myself until I feel really neutral about the situation. I didn't even know this was really bothering me until I had the pain. But then I took it a step further and realized that you might've heard me talk about negative emotion cords. So I realized that she and I were corded because I was so attuned to her making sure she's okay. You know she calls me multiple times a day, so she was definitely corded into me. I cleared that cord and I'm not joking the pain was gone immediately. Like I actually wrote to my friend. I was like, oh my gosh, it's still even though I do it every day the stuff like it's still so beautiful and miraculous to me.

Speaker 1:

It doesn't happen like that every single time, and especially not if you have limiting beliefs that are still running in your mind, either consciously or subconsciously. It likely wouldn't clear that quickly, but I've done so much freaking work that when I find it I'm usually able to clear it and shift it pretty quickly. But these are all ways that I integrate it into my life, like I. Literally anytime I feel annoyed, triggered, frustrated, I will look at how I'm judging the situation. First of all, right, and then I just go from there until I feel neutral, not just neutral. Sometimes I'll actually feel appreciative of a situation that most people would be like what you feel appreciative for getting gum in your hair and having to cut it out yeah, it's perfect. I love that my higher self and the universe speaks to me in these ways, because everything really is for you everything. I have like a level one reflections that we went through in May and then for July. I'm just taking it to the next level. But you'll also have the opportunity next week, like I said, to share any ongoing obstacles or frustrations you're having and I will help you see it as perfect, because true balance is not something you're going to hustle your way into. It's something internal and it does take some effort. Like everybody just wants to snap their fingers and have miracles, but it doesn't work that way all of the time, most of the time Right.

Speaker 1:

So, just being realistic too, like I didn't expect, I didn't go into my visual of what was going on with my shoulder expecting a miracle. I went in just asking what is going on, right, because I know whatever's going on I can resolve it. But I wasn't expecting an immediate fix. However, it did turn out to be an immediate fix. Great, I love that. I love when I can do that.

Speaker 1:

But if there's long standing limiting beliefs, things going on, yes, I can fix that with, like my timeline healings, but it still takes effort on your part to integrate it into your life. So if I go into the past and I fix something for you which I do all the time for myself and for others, let's say it's around not feeling special, right, so I go and I fix that and I give you a tool to make sure that you don't fall back into that place. If you're not doing that, then you know I can only do so much. So sometimes and oftentimes it does take effort on my client's part as well, right? So for this week, just try.

Speaker 1:

The next time that you get triggered, that you feel frustrated, the first thing that you can just do is look at how are you judging the situation. Are you judging it as unfair? Are you judging it as annoying, whatever it might be? That is the first step just knowing and naming your emotions. And so, again, it is also about taking it one step at a time, really integrating it into your life and then moving on to the more advanced thing.

Again, something our society loves is to just jump in, try to learn it all, try to integrate it, and it's like that doesn't work. Like that. It does take time. That's why it's called mastery. Mastery doesn't happen overnight. Mastery takes time. So a lot of society has lost that desire and love for mastery. But it's actually that is where your life will change, and mastery is what will allow you to look in and be able to shift these things quickly, so I hope you have a beautiful week.
